This page will help you determine the sizes you would need along the available sizes and tshirt colours that the various companies offer.

How To Determine Your Tshirt Size

Probably the easiest way to determine the following t-shirt sizes is for you to take one of your existing t-shirts, lay it flat and measure it. Then cross reference the dimensions with the information below.

Baseball shirts also include the sleeve length (they are 3/4 sleeves)

We print on Gildan “Ultra” exclusively (unless a different style is requested). These are our premium t-shirts. They are a higher quality 10.1 oz t-shirt made from 100% preshrunk cotton and have a selection of more than 50 tshirt colours.

Our standard baseball shirts are made by M&O Knits. They are 100% preshrunk cotton and have a 3/4 length sleeve. They are a unisex design with a white body and red, black or navy sleeves.

In rare instances where our supplier runs out of a specific size, we may need to substitute with a comparable shirt. We will never substitute with a cheaper alternative without you knowing.

GILDAN “Ultra” 2000 Adult (Men’s) T-shirts – 10.1 oz

These shirts are frequently referred to as men’s, standard or unisex t-shirts.

We refer to them as men’s t-shirts if there are ladies t-shirts in an order.

If there are only adult and youth t-shirts in an order we refer to them as adult.

 

100% Cotton preshrunk jersey. Double needle topstitched neckline. Double stitched sleeve and waist hems. Seamless collar with taped neck and shoulders. Quarter turned body to eliminate the center crease.

All adult (men’s) t-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, 2XL. Several are available in sizes up to 3XL and a few go up to 5XL.

The tshirt colours available in 3XLs are white, ash grey, natural, sand, light blue, gold, lime, orange, safety green, safety orange, sport grey, stone blue, Texas orange, black, cardinal red, charcoal, forest green. indigo, maroon, navy, red & royal.

The colours available in 4XL & 5XL are white, ash grey, sport grey, black, navy & royal.

Also, there are only a few tshirt colours that are available throughout the styles in Men’s,  Ladies, Youth and Toddlers. They are white, light blue, light pink, navy & red.

GILDAN “Ultra” 2000L Ladies T-shirts – 10.1 oz

100% Cotton. Seamless collar. Double-needle stitching. Taped neck and shoulders. Shorter sleeve and body length. Narrower neck rib.  These are a straight cut (not a fitted t-shirt).

All of the ladies t-shirt colours are available in XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL

A youth XS is one size bigger than a Toddler 4T. Generally if I’m making t-shirts for a kindergarten class I’ll use Smalls.

How to Use Our Tshirt Colours & Sizes Images

If you study the image to the left you’ll see that the men’s white t-shirts are available in sizes  S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL

The men’s iris t-shirts are only available in sizes  S, M, L, XL and 2XL

If the Ladies t-shirts have a check mark then they are available in all of the ladies sizes which are XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL

If there is a red check mark below the “Ladies” then this colour is available in “Ladies.” If there is a black X then this colour is not available in Ladies.

If the Youth t-shirts have a red check mark then they are available in all Youth sizes which are XS, S, M, L and XL

If the Toddler t-shirts have a red check mark then they are available in all Toddler sizes which are 2T, 3T and 4T

If there is an “X” below the Ladies, Youth or Toddlers then this colour is not available in that style.

This means that the white t-shirts are available in

• Men’s S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, & 5XL
• Ladies XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
• Youth XS, S, M, L, XL
• Toddler 2T, 3T, 4T

The iris t-shirts are available in

• Men’s S, M, L, XL, & 2XL
• Ladies XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL
• Youth – not available in this colour
• Toddler- not available in this colour
